Firezone Arte System
Launched at 100% Materials, Firezone Arte System is a thermally insulated steel framing system with very slim sight lines, ideally suited to renovation and refurbishment projects.
The system allows the designer to maintain the unique character of 1950 and 1960 typical buildings without having to compromise on the thermal insulation performance of the facade.
The Firezone Arte system uses steel profiles with face dimensions of just 25mm and 40mm with a glass fibre-reinforced high performance insulator. This provides a fully thermally broken profile. The Arte system can provide better thermal performance and better U values than many high performance aluminium framing systems.
Double glazed units up to 34mm thick can easily be incorporated into the Firezone Arte system, the basic profiles have an overall depth of 60mm.
Opening vents can be built into the Firezone Arte system, using many different combinations including side hung double and single vents, top and or bottom hung and projecting top hung vents.
The profiles used in the Firezone Arte system can be rolled to provide round or radiused head window frames with a minimum of 400mm radius.
